Terms of Service

By accessing or using AA Consultants' services, website, or any related platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AA Consultants.

AA Consultants provides comprehensive recruitment and staffing solutions including but not limited to staffing services, executive search, background verification, global recruitment, on-demand recruiters, and RPO solutions. We act as an intermediary connecting employers with potential candidates and provide related professional services.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Users must comply with all applicable laws and use our services only for lawful purposes.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that violate laws, infringe on rights, or interfere with our services. This includes but is not limited to fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, data scraping, or any activities that could harm AA Consultants, its users, or third parties.

Certain services may require payment of fees. All fees are outlined in service agreements and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made according to agreed terms. AA Consultants reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and platforms are owned by or licensed to AA Consultants. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our services for their intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service. This includes candidate information, client details, business strategies, and any other sensitive data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.

AA Consultants provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no warranties regarding service outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

Either party may terminate services according to agreement terms. AA Consultants reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, certain provisions including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability continue to apply.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AA Consultants, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of services, violation of terms, or infringement of rights. This includes reasonable attorney fees and legal costs.

Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Gurugram, India, under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The prevailing party may recover legal costs.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Users consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts for dispute resolution.
